Christmas Centrepiece Wirkshop, 12 November 2026

Ok! My first Christmas workshop is happening on Thursday, 12 November at 6.30pm at Mabel’s Café in Altrincham. We’ll be making a gorgeous centrepiece with a hurricane vase. We’ll start with an artificial fir base, this gives us more time to concentrate on the fun stuff- ie filling it with dried flowers, preserved foliage, adding dried fruits, pinecones, berries etc.
The size of the finished creation will be around 40cm wide, the candle holders are 18cm tall.
The base can be used as a wreath for your wall in the run-up to Christmas too! I’ll have a wide range of high-quality dried flowers and preserved foliage in all sorts of colours for you to choose from so you can make it entirely your own!
I’ll also have a selection of pillar candles for you to choose from and, best of all, a drink and cake from Mabel’s is included in the price too! Mulled wine will be available to buy on the night if you are feeling super-festive 🎄
This class requires use of a hot glue gun so not suitable for younger kids- the glue gets really hot so care needs to be taken to avoid burning yourself.
